By entering or making a purchase at Midi Retail Shop (“Store”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Midi operates as a retail business within the State of Kuwait and complies with applicable Kuwaiti laws and Consumer Protection regulations.

1) Eligibility

 
Customers must be at least 18 years old to complete purchases independently. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting invoices, returns, exchanges, or special orders.

2) Products & Pricing

All products, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. In such cases, Midi reserves the right to cancel or refuse a sale before or after payment, with a full refund issued if applicable.

3) Payment Methods

We accept approved payment methods including:

• KNET
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Cash

All transactions must be completed at the time of purchase. Products remain the property of Midi until full payment is received.

4) Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection regulations:

- Customers may return or exchange eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

- Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.

- Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection.

- Cash refunds will be issued according to store policy and applicable regulations.

- Midi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

5) Product Warranty

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to the respective supplier’s warrantyterms and conditions. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.

6) Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to engage in unlawful, disruptive, or fraudulent activities within the Store. Midi reserves the right to refuse service to any person acting in violation of store policies or Kuwaiti law.

7) Limitation of Liability

Midi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from the Store, except as required under applicable Kuwaiti law.

8) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.

9) Amendments

Midi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available in-store upon request.
